Dolphin Software is a Microsoft ISV Gold Partner. Brief Company HistoryDolphin Software was established in 1989 by Norsk Data. Originally the company manufactured Unix servers. In 1993 the company was bought by Telenor and today’s contact center product range were initiated. In 1998 the company was part of the merger that resulted in EDB Business Partner (EDB ErgoGroup today), listed on Oslo Stock Exchange. In 2003 a management buyout was done together with two external investors. Today the company is owned by Verdane Capital and Via Venture Partners with 48% each and the management with 4% of the shares.
